Discover our Crowdsourcing Campaign

At TAQ, our mission is to create jobs  for people with who live with disabilities. Today, we would like to share with you a project that is an extension of our mission, because we always want to do more.

We are launching a crowdsourcing campaign on the La Ruche platform to create a rest room specially designed for our workers living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The idea behind this project is to facilitate their integration and job retention.

A tradition of inclusion

People are at the heart of Groupe TAQ, and inclusion and adaptation of our work environment guide our decisions. Groupe TAQ  is more than a place to work; it’s a place to live. TAQ  is THE place where our workers don’t feel different; they are the majority.

Why is this initiative important?

The well-being of our employees is paramount. Our workers living with ASD can sometimes feel overwhelmed by their environment. An adapted break room will provide them with a calm and unique space where they can recharge their batteries and relax.
